Problems with My Account

 

1) Can't recieve Bitcoins.

Check for your transaction through the Explorer: just input your recieving BTC address. We require there to be two confirmations. If you find out that two confirmations are done already, but haven't recieved money yet, then send your "Bitcoin address, your problem and the BTC ammount" to our Customers' service through creating ticket at the Help Desk.

2) There is a problem with my BTC transaction.

Open the Explorer, input your recieving BTC address and check wether your transaction is on the blockchain already. If it's been longer that 1 hour, your transaction has still not been confirmed, pls send your "Bitcoin address, your problem and the BTC ammount" to our Customers' service through creating ticket at the Help Desk.

3) I forgot my payment password.

Make a ticket throught the Help Desk and apply for solving your problem. If you did ID verification on Bixin before, than you just have to attach a new picture with your passport to the ticket. If you didnt do ID verification on our platform, than we will contact you through your e-mail to confirm the resetting of your payment password. The solving of such problem will take us around 3 hours in working time and 24 hours while non-working time.

4) My Google Authification expired.

Make a ticket throught the Help Desk and apply for solving your problem. If you did ID verification on Bixin before, than you just have to attach a new picture with your passport to the ticket. If you didn't do ID verification on our platform, than we will contact you through your e-mail to confirm the resetting of your Google Authification. The solving of such problem will take us around 3 hours in working time and 24 hours while non-working time.

5) My account was frozen for 48 hours, I want to unblock it.

Make a ticket throught the Help Desk and apply for solving your problem. If you did ID verification on Bixin before, then you just have to attach a new picture with your passport to the ticket. If you didn't do ID verification on our platform, then we will contact you through your e-mail to confirm the action. The solving of such problem will take us around 3 hours in working time and 24 hours while non-working time.
